September Guiding Questions for Reflection & Introspection
Coming Into Your Own
The September Guided Journal Worksheet is created for the work of committing to a prioritization plan between the Virgo New Moon and the Aries Full Moon. Six questions on choosing one thing, saying what you need, and holding your own boundaries.
First Things First, One at a Time
September moves through a New Moon in Virgo on the 10th and 11th. Last month opened up a dozen priorities at once, and this one starts with a question: what deserves to come first? By the time the Aries Full Moon arrives on the 26th, your resolve gets tested.
This month's questions are built for that stretch: what it takes to clarify what matters most and stay with that commitment when it starts to chafe, and what it takes to say what you need instead of managing around it. Look honestly at what you're carrying half-finished versions of, and what you've been calling "fine" when it wasn't.
September Focus: Prioritization • Follow-Through • Naming What You Need • Balance • Boundaries

- What's one thing that you keep thinking will bring you relief when it's complete?
➣ Notice the thing you keep telling yourself will finally let you exhale. That relief is usually pointing at what matters most. - What are the five half-finished projects or barely started practices that seem the most urgent?
➣ List them out. Then circle the one you'd keep if you could only keep one. - Who did you say "it's fine" to recently, when it wasn't?
➣ Name the person and the moment. Then write the sentence you didn't say. - What's the more vulnerable, uncomfortable feeling underneath the one you can name?
➣ Start with the feeling you can name, then ask what's underneath it. Sit with whichever one surfaces before you decide what to do with it. - Where do you give more than you have?
➣ Think of the last time you said yes when your body was already telling you no. - How would it feel to stick with one prioritized thing for two weeks or until completion?
➣ Notice the urge to judge something too soon, and what it would take to wait it out.
