Shipping Policies

Shipping Information

All online orders ship via USPS and will be shipped within 2 business days, orders are processed Monday-Thursday. 

Please note, we only ship within the continental US and do not offer local delivery. 

In-store pickup is available with the option to hold orders for a maximum of two weeks. 

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are calculated (USPS) by weight and dimensions of product. Total shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note, all items are shipped without signature confirmation unless requested by the customer. We are not at fault if a package confirmed delivered by the shipping organization does not arrive at the specified location, or is unable to be located. We will assist in any way possible in locating the package, however no refunds will be issued and no replacement items will be reshipped.

If prior issues with package theft or non-delivery have been an historical occurrence, we request and suggest that the customer include specific delivery details in the "notes to seller" at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate and communicate any unique shipping details to the shipping organization. 

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and botanical items. Any return or exchange is handled as a request. If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

We do offer exchanges on sterling silver jewelry items only. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery receipt. Requests should include item specified for exchange or replacement. 

Exchanges must meet the following criteria:

1. Item or product(s) must be unopened, unused, and with original sales tag or price sticker attached.

2. Item or product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition in which it was received/purchased.

3. Item or product(s) for exchange must be accompanied by the sales receipt.

4. Exchange request submitted within 14 days of shipment received. 

Submit exchange requests to [email protected]. After the exchange request has been submitted, a return shipping label for the exchangeable item will be sent via email. The customer is responsible for the exchanged items return shipping costs. A positive due invoice for return of the agreed upon item exchange replacement will be issued. 

Upon receipt of the original item and exchange request, our team will review the request and inspect the item. A confirmation email will be sent as notification that we are processing the request. Once the request has been processed, a follow up email with exchange status notification will be sent, including specific options available to exchange.

If another item of similar likeness/size/color is available, this item will be offered as an option for exchange. If the exchangeable like item(s) should be declined by the customer the option of an electronic gift card for the original purchase price shall be issued. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please submit your request within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Insurance

If shipping an exchange item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the item, and will not cover the loss should the package not arrive at our facility.
